Venue Rental Pricing...
• We host events from 50 to 300 guests. We are a turnkey venue and have everything you need to make
your event stress free and cost efficient. Tables, chairs, chair covers, linens, sashes and all the beautiful decor are included.
• Monday through Thursday Events (Excluding Holidays): $2000 or less per day, up to 150 guests. This includes rental of the venue and set-up of all tables and chairs.
• Friday or Sunday: $3000, up to 150 guests This includes rental of the venue and complete set-up of all tables and chairs.
• Saturday Venue all day rate is $3500, up to 150 guests. This includes rental of the venue and complete set-up of all tables and chairs.
• Multi-day discounts are available.
• Sound System: $100
• Catering: You are welcome to use your own caterer.
• Security/Police Officer: $30 per hr, minimum 3 hrs - required for all events serving alcohol.
